  • SLAM Media Inc is not liable for customer error (I.e. inputting an incorrect shipping address)
  • SLAM Media Inc is not responsible for minor damages to magazines incurred during shipping such as scrapes, bends, nicks, cuts, etc

Returns

  • We accept returns up to 30 days after an order was fulfilled
  • We do not accept returns for orders delivered outside of the United States
  • Magazines cannot be returned
  • Fatheads and slides are custom-made products, and cannot be returned
  • Products marked as final sale cannot be returned
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition and packaging that they were received
  • Customer is responsible for paying $5 flat-rate return shipping fee
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable 

Exchanges

  • If eligible, customers can place a new order right away using a temporary voucher equal to the value of the exchanged item(s)
  • We accept exchanges up to 30 days after an order was fulfilled
  • We do not accept exchanges for orders delivered outside of the United States

Refunds

  • SLAM Media Inc is not liable for delivery errors. Customers are encouraged to contact their local carrier to file a claim. In some instances, store credit may be obtained.
  • If a refund is approved, a credit will be applied to the original payment method within 7-10 business days
  • Due to varying bank policies, additional time may be required to process the transaction
  • Credits may not show up until the next billing cycle
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
