Shipping

Free shipping on orders over $99 and flat-rate shipping offered on domestic orders to the contiguous 48 states.

SLAM is currently offering international shipping to regions within the EU, UK, Canada and Australia. The processing times for these international orders remain the same at 5-7 business days. The shipping time varies per order and is determined by the shipping service selected and customer location.

Most SLAM orders are processed and shipped within 3-7 business days. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Shipping costs are non-refundable as SLAM Media Inc is not liable for delivery errors due to carrier issues or incorrect / incomplete addresses used during purchase.

Returns, Exchanges, Refunds

  • Holiday return policy: Orders placed within November 20 - December 20 have a 45-day return window

  • Fatheads and slides are custom-made products, and cannot be returned
  • Products marked as final sale cannot be returned
  • Products marked down as sale items cannot be returned
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in the same condition and packaging that they were received
  • Customer is responsible for paying $5 flat-rate return shipping fee
