It was a labor of love in our pursuit to provide an era specific keepsake that celebrates the most iconic styles in college basketball history.
'98 Wildcat Legacy
Under first year head coach Tubby Smith, the '97-98 Kentucky Wildcats finished the regular season 29-4 winning both the SEC regular season title and the SEC Tournament crown.
The Wildcats earned the No. 2 seed in the South Region of the NCAA Tournament where they made quick work of South Carolina State, Saint Louis and UCLA before mounting one of the greatest comebacks in tournament history agains No. 1 seed Duke to reach the Final Four.
An overtime win over Stanford followed by a 9 point win against Utah gave the Cats their 7th National Championship.
